After successful payment, your license key is delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
How do I view my orders?
Go to the My Orders page and enter the email you used at checkout. You'll receive a verification code to access your full order history.
How do I leave a review?
After receiving your license key, visit My Orders, find the order, and click "Leave a review". You'll verify your email before the review is submitted.
Can I get a refund?
By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the license key is delivered. Refunds are only provided if the key is invalid due to our error or delivery failed on our end.
